Project Description:
This proposal is to develop the usage Phase Micro Extraction as a basic tool for pesticide residue determination in fruits and vegetables. Original methods have to elaborated for all kinds of molecules and matrices. This simple and cheap methodology has to be promoted for contamination assessment. All Mediterranean regions are concerned for their agriculture quality development.
