Project Description:
Our objective is to isolate regulatory genes of the TIA biosynthesis via T-DNA tagging. Some tagged-lines have been isolated for their resistance to 4mT and high mRNA level of TDC and STRI. We propose to analyse T-DNA flanking sequences from this lines and from newly generated tagged lines.
